COURT INFORMATION
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Court Services Division is responsible for providing a secure environment for the various courts of the County and securing detainees while awaiting court in these facilities.
Courts Services Division:
- Is responsive to the daily needs of the various courts of the County.
- Identifies and deters the entry of contraband and/or illegal objects by screening all incoming visitors and employees via magnetometers, hand-held detectors and/ or package scanners.
- Transports and secures inmates while in the various courts of the County, transports juveniles and the mentally ill safely and securely to the various courts and detention.
